Our Commitment to You

At BeautyPower by Irina, we aim to make your time with us as personal, customized, and rewarding as possible. To continually provide this superior level of service, we require that you value our time as we value yours, and understand that we adhere to our schedule as closely as possible to avoid negatively impacting appointments scheduled with other clients.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments are confirmed via text and email. Please ensure you provide us with a current email address and phone number so we can thoroughly set you up for text and email reminders.

Arrival Guidelines

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out any necessary forms
For all other appointments, please arrive 5 minutes early
In fairness to all our clients, appointments will always begin as scheduled and late arrivals may lose a portion of their treatment time

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy:

We require 48h notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments

Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame will result in the following charges:

48+ hours notice: No charge
Within 24 hours of scheduled appointment: 50% of scheduled service charge
No-call/No-show: 100% of scheduled service charge
Late arrival (10+ minutes): Appointment may be rescheduled + cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply

Why We Have This Policy

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Payment for Missed Appointments

Any charges incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows will be automatically charged to the credit card on file or must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergency situations can arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
