WHY IS IT CALLED PERMANENT MAKEUP, ISN'T IT JUST SEMI-PERMANENT?
While the term “permanent makeup” is commonly used, the color will gradually fade over time. The pigments are implanted into the skin’s dermal layer, but unlike traditional tattoos, they’re designed to soften over time, allowing for future adjustments to match your changing preferences and natural aging.
HOW LONG DO THE RESULTS TYPICALLY LAST?
Results generally last 1-3 years, depending on factors like skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and the specific treatment. Microblading typically requires a touch-up every 12-18 months, while powder brows and lip tattoos may last 2-3 years.
WHAT IS THE HEALING PROCESS LIKE?
The healing process takes about 7-14 days. Initial color appears darker and brows might seem thicker, but this softens as healing progresses. We recommend a dry healing method to ensure the best results and minimize the risk of complications.
IS THE PROCEDURE PAINFUL?
We apply topical anesthetic before and during the procedure to ensure your comfort. Most clients describe the sensation as mild discomfort rather than pain. Your comfort is our priority throughout the treatment.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Avoid alcohol, blood thinners, and retinol products 48 hours before your procedure. Come with clean, makeup-free skin. If you have any medical conditions or take medications, please discuss these during your consultation.
